Seriously, listen to that and take note. That's coming from the Chief Medical Officer for the UK. A "miracle cure" is something you can't ignore. And most of the time it's free!
Fitness and wellbeing is a huge part of my life as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Sports Coach. Sure, it's not that easy for everyone to stay active with busy lives, demanding jobs and other commitments. But, we firmly believe exercise does NOT have to be a burden or a chore. It can be fun, social and also not time-consuming. Every day we help people find the right balance for them, around their commitments. And when it comes to cost... you can simply organise a run or walk with friends, go to a park run or come and try our fitness classes in Hyde Park with a free trial. We have 20 classes per week in central London, all outside, and with memberships starting from just £26.00pcm, there really is something for everyone.
We have a very clear aim in 2020; get more people, more active, more often. Whether that's through our group bootcamps and personal training, corporate fitness and teambuilding or our new Be Mobile sessions aimed at people recovering from injury, in rehabilitation programmes or that require a slower pace of exercise.

In the new UK Chief Medical Officers’ (CMOs) physical activity guidelines launched in September 2019, the CMOs reiterated a clear message about physical activity: “If physical activity were a drug, we would refer to it as a miracle cure, due to the great many illnesses it can prevent and help treat.”
